Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team in Fleetwood, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience with aluminum MIG and/or TIG welding, along with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented environment and wants to be part of building products that have a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum components
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
  • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble aluminum parts and structures
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience with aluminum welding (MIG required; TIG a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and weld quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
  • Welding certifications are a plus but not required
